FYI - the book has finally turned up on CD/Japan so I instantly scooped up a copy!

Was it pricey? Mmmm...

So what if the cat has to go without food for a few days, uh, weeks? And hey, I can always hold back on saying "Super Size Me" at the drive-thru for a month of Sundays, go cold turkey on the Fiddle-Faddle, close my Netflix account, wait to answer or use my cell phone until next year. That should pretty much cover it!

Oh I see, I think that's the part of the service that you pay a fee to CDJapan and they order a product from a Japanese website for you. So it's got another fee attached to it and all. If you don't have the book, this is a great chance to snag it, but I bet it'll be in limited order!! HURRY DAVY!!!!!!!
