The choruses of both songs definitely have the same meter. Pretty Good also reminds me of Ca Plane Pour Moi by Plastic Bertrand.

Apologies if this has been mentioned and I missed it, but the chorus to "Switch Love Show" from "National P" is almost identical to P-MODEL's "Hells Angel" from "In a Model Room".
